Work Format:
-Small companies (fewer than 50 employees) preferred remote workers, but it was crucial that the employee’s time zone aligned with the team’s, with a maximum time difference of two hours.
-Mid-sized companies (100+ employees) increasingly adopted hybrid work models, requiring employees to come into the office a few days a week. This setup generally required employees to reside in the same country as the company’s office.
